  • Watch your diet. Make it better, at least a little, reduce or drop altogether the anxiety producing drug called caffeine!
These anxiety reduction techniques will surely get you going in renewed spirit. Just getting enough sleep will effect a real makeover.Add to sleeping more the theraputic effects of walking and you’ll be wondering why you weren’t doing this all along. The same thing can be applied to weekends and any other time off. You need to refresh and recreate. Take apart that word recreate sometime! So you, by yourself, can have the biggest effect on your anxiety, naturally, without drugs. Add to these things some of the other excellent relaxation techniques available, and you will have quite an arsenal for yourself!
